December 14, 2005 Update: Read my latest coverage of Experian’s acquisition of PriceGrabber.
I have no idea how David Lewis found this FTC document, but it seems to point to an acquisition of PriceGrabber by Experian…as Greg Yardley points out, it’s an Early Termination Notice under Pre-Merger, Hart-Scott-Rodino Act form.
