Like.com (formerly Riya) Launches

Update: Danny beat me to the punch with his review of Like.com. Of course, Techcrunch has now posted as has GigaOM. Don’t worry, I’ll add my thoughts soon.

Walt Mossberg and Katherine Boehret of the WSJ break the news.

Walt and Katherine focus on the ‘looking like a star’ aspect, but there’s a ton more to talk about.

I’ll write more in the morning, but Like is one of three concepts that have really blown me away since I started covering the shopping search space. Congrats to Munjal and his team on launching.

Like.com is down right now, but I’m sure it’ll be back up in the early morning…

[Beth, thanks for making the introduction]

Great site in THE hot area of eRetail. They have competition though, in the shape of London based PIXSTA who have launched a huge shoe store Chez Imelda http://www.chezimelda.com
Personally i think Chez Imelda is a better shopping tool, even though Like.com is good fun to use.
