Never cry wolf. I know.
But it’s definitely about time for me to get off my lazy ass and once again dig into this industry. Been MIA a bit too long. Sorry. Lots of news about the shopping engines coming out of lots of blogs now, but hardly any critical thinking. And some people out there don’t know about giving credit where credit is due. I really hate that. This is the web, you link and give credit.
A new design is coming soon. Posting will begin right after Labor Day.
Great to hear you’re making a comeback.
Thanks, Joe. We should grab lunch at some point soon.
Was thinking of you when the Hacker Safe deal was announced. The Dir of Corp. Communications for Hacker Safe sent me (and I assume every other blogger out there) a press release announcing the Y! Shopping/Hacker Safe partnership on August 15. The press release – all about Y! and Hacker Safe, including your quotation, was attached as a PDF. The lead paragraph of the email was about the Y! partnership. Oddly, though, the email cited a quotation by Shopping.com’s Josh Silverman, not you. Funny. Or not.
Brian,
Where have you been?? Can’t seem to get a hold of you these days, and I think you owe me a taco.
