My friend, Om Malik, part of the True Ventures family and head of GigaOm, had a heart attack. He’s recovering nicely, but I wanted to give him a quick shout out. A lot of us in the internet realm work a bit too hard and don’t take great care of ourselves and our families. Just a little reminder to stop every once in a while. This is the second reminder I’ve had in the last couple months.
