As a piece of software, channel advisor is very technical and offers loads of options. However, it requires an awful lot of time and training to get up to speed. If you need a full service solution and dont have time to manage regularly, i would look elsewhere. Plus they are bullies when it comes to finishing contracts (look out for their t&c’s…. very cheeky)

CA is very over rated as a feed provider, tried them 7 months ago.

It was very fustrationg they work soooo slow at getting things going.

After 4 months we gave up.

Interesting article – it motivated me to go and check out the Channel Advisor website.

I was very surprised to find no mention of PRICING on their website. You would think that a web savvy company that helps others sell their products would understand that you have to have your pricing on your website. I might actually be interested in their product, but without an easy way for me to tell if their price model fits my business, it’s a non-starter.
