Trent Scoffield

Was shocked and saddened to find out that Trent Scoffield passed away on Friday. If you’ve been in the shopping engine industry for a while, you know Trent. He was larger than life…always had a great presence. He was at Shopping.com for years. Trent and I didn’t always see eye to eye on the shopping engine industry, but I had tremendous respect for him. He was just a good guy.

Wow, very sad. I didn’t know him very well but he seemed like a really genuine guy.

Thanks for the post Bri. So sad – and way too soon. Trent and I always had great conversations (and didn’t always see eye to eye on things) but I always enjoyed the dialogue and am saddened to hear the news.

Trent loved eCommerce and had a passion for anything merchant related. He was a great guy to work with and we all miss him dearly.
